REXBON was founded in 2016 by three ex-agency marketers who had grown tired of watching businesses pay large retainers for campaigns that looked impressive on slides but delivered little in actual revenue. They had seen agencies prioritise award entries over client outcomes, and vanity metrics over real commercial impact. Something had to change — so they built it themselves.
We launched with five founding clients and one simple promise: every strategy we build will be directly traceable to business results, with full transparency into the work, the data, and the reasoning behind every decision. In our first year, all five clients renewed. That became our blueprint for everything that followed.
